We understand that you probably have better things to do, than sit around having to watch one of our engineers repair or upgrade your computer. To be honest, it would probably bore you!
We can arrange a time which suits you, for one of our engineers to come to you, for collection of your computer. Our engineer will have a chat with you, where they will ask you some questions which will aid in providing a solution to your problem.
We also understand that you may prefer not to have your computer moved from its position and would prefer to have the engineer repair or upgrade it at your location. The possibility of our engineer resolving your problem at your own location depends on the severity of the problem. If the solution to the problem requires extensive work, we will not be able to perform the work at your location.
This call-out service is free and charges will only apply to the work carried out and any additional requested resources e.g. hardware upgrades.
